Bleed Oil Pump??

Motor went down last spring and had it rebuilt. I have been running pre-mix so far and only have about 50 miles on now. Looking things over today and I see the is no oil in the line from the bottle.

Is there a way to bleed these like you could with the old polaris oil pumps. Those I would use a long piece of wire and pull the arm up and let it smoke. Can't seem to see where I could do that on the sled.

Thanks

Keep in mind that the crank bearings do not get much oil if the pump isn't pushing oil. Notice the PTO end of crank has an oil line that pumps oil through it. Pre mix is very danger’s if you motor wasn't built for it.

There is a bleeder screw on the oil pump. Keep oil in the tank and open the screw a little bit until you see oil flow through the line.

Did lots of reading on here and found a post from GMAN saying to take oil line off bottle and get air out. I did that. It appears there was just air at the top. I think there was a bubble there and I got that out now.

Thanks

OPPPS Sorry. I wear two hats sometimes. Big Ling is Happy Face Products and DLynn is Cascade Clutch & Performance. Forgot what side of the fence I was standing on. LOL At any rate glad it was an easy fix for you.
