Is that a head light delete or a wrap on them

It's a wrap and light still shines threw I can't remember what type of material it is. It is the stuff that is on back windows of vehicles.

Headlight is done with window perf and full tunnel wraps run around $140-160. IllusionGrafix.com does them for $145 but they don't have any on their site as they haven't updated it yet.
