Black purple secondary should I put 10-62's back in?

I recently put a black purple and a Delrin in my secondary and left the 10-60's in the primary and was wondering if I could run the 10-62's. I put the 10-60's in to bring up the R's, which it did, but would like to run the heavier weights if I could maintain the R's. Don't know, any thoughts?

Both points well taken. I will be riding tomorrow and try and get a better feel what the performance is like with the 10-60's then possibly try the 62's. Was just curious cause my neighbor seems to be able to pull the 62's just fine with the stock spring. Oh well trial and error.

i don't think the spring is going to give you the rpm to run the 62s..
but elevation, conditions, track, etc all play into that.

ride it w/ whats in it first, but that 2ndary spring isn't going to give you 100+ RPM from my experience.

if you have over 1000 miles on a belt, a new belt may pick up what you need?

that was the result I had when I put a new belt on anyway...

Ran it with the 60's and a delrin washer and seemed to increase R's by about 150 or so. Then yesterday put on new belt, between all of these changes noticeable difference. Think I will leave in the 10-60's. Sled ran great.
