back to the original thread, I don't want to mistake it but it sounds like your ragging us for doing what we love, if not disregard this. Some may be stupid most prob not, chit happens and sometimes theres not a dam thing you can do about it. A few days ago a guy and gal where driving down the highway and a tree falls on there car and kills both of them, so is that there fault, do you want me to get there cell phone #'s so you can leave them a message before there phones are disconnected, on being stupid for driving a canyon. The damage is done no use bitc ing about it, just do your best to teach people. People don't listen to whiners, so teach them by example. Also there are far less deaths from snowmobiles than almost anything else but we get some of the worst rep out there. One thing I've learn when someone bullied me, and I "tried to work something out" it NEVER worked, I always had to get pissed and near beat the chit out of them! The next thing I know they want to be my best friend because all the sudden they have respect for me. Granted I never over stepped the situation and was only doing whats right. SO I THINK ITS TIME WE TOLD THE TREE HUGGERS TO SHUT THE HE(( UP.

, Teton Azz and Dukedick1 are exactly what you mentioned. Being the reality, and azz hole police thinking that they will change backcounty ethics. When in reality, if you look at the fatalies this year, those that thought (majority) they were in safe areas got caught. Non predictable odds. Sleddin brothers lost. 
And we have those on this forum that feel that they have to be the dick police. Man, something is missing in their life. I realize that maybe they want to make people just think, but for god's sake! There are folks on here that have lost this season.Brothers Band, Dicks be gone.....
