billet intake boots?

So I discovered my intake boot was ripped. Anyone using a billet intake boot on thier boondocker turbo cfi4. I have a 08 td8. Any mods necessary to run one of these with a boondocker kit. I think it was member rmsha that was making them. Any other companies?

Was yours the older part number or the newer updated part number. Haven't really seen the need for billet since running the newer updated intake boot. Ran my dragon for 2 years now with no problems up to 14 lbs boost.

Looks like that was just the tip of the iceberg. Need new top end, drive spring, reeds and my motor mount broke. I ordered the "fix" kit today. Pretty much a bummer going into summer
