A little something Ive been working on for my pro

these are 1 piece aluminum inserts waterjet cut and milled to fit the contour of the stock outer rail and the tunnel . once fastened this should be extremely rigid and durable. The design provideds a flat full width surface and it should certainlty shed the snow. I will definetly be adding grip screws to the outer rail . At this point I havent decided on anodize or powder for the finish.

What does a chunk of billet that size cost? You can always recycle the shavings.

I bought the material a while back so I dont know exactly but around 60.00 per side. depends how much you buy of course. Chips arent worth much unfortunatly
