I have a Bikeman 800 big bore top end for an M/F7. It is the older Polaris 800 piston kit. It comes with a Bikeman billet head with high and low elevation domes. One cylinder will need fresh nikasil the other could use a hone to take off the glaze. Two pistons will need to be purchased for this kit, they are available from Bikeman. I have exhaust valves for this kit, but they need to be machined, (Bikeman quoted $75 to do this), as I forgot to exchange the big bore exhaust valves with these stock F7 valves when I sold the sled. I got a bad batch of gas and the top ring notch melted while riding out of Jefferson on the trail. One piston stuck the other top ring notch just started to melt. This has been a great kit, dyno’d at over 170 Hp. I bought a different sled and don’t need this kit anymore. The kit is located in MN. $575 obo
I do have a Bikeman Fat Azz single pipe for this kit that I would be willing to sell for $150 with the kit or $220 shipped by itself. This pipe is off of an F7, not an M7. Only used 2 weeks.
