bigger rear torsion springs for assault

is there a company out there that makes bigger springs for my assault. it came with .375 square and thats the biggest polaris has. even the same size ones in titium would do. anyone?

my dealer said the springs on my dragon were the most firm. i told them they didn't know what they were talking about and had to order the racing spring. they don't rub the idler wheel and had to bolt the suspension back together like the edge chassis. polaris sells the kit for 120 each. i weigh 250 and have them set on the low setting. i like it firm and can barely move the seat. i've only bottomed out once since getting these new springs.

Team DSN, what are you doing that you need a larger spring on the Assault? I am getting reading to go to a lighter spring. I weigh 175 lbs naked, and with my gear on I can't get enough sag on that spring. Are you a really big guy? I can't imagine that spring being to soft.

Edit.. I have seen that SLP makes a different block to give you more adjustment. It gives you the ability to go even stiffer.

we have 2 assaults racing in cains quest. trail tanks on them plus 6.5 gallon fuel cell behind that plus our gear bags. overall adding about 100 pounds to sled mostly out back.

You probably have the .375/77* spring, change to the .375/47* spring or whatever harder angle is available.
The harder angle will make a world of difference and its the same size square stock so it wont affect your upper idlers.
My sled comes stock with the .359/90 and I was riding on the most firm setting and i still had way too much sag, I switched to the .359/47* and it made a huge difference...I have it on soft setting and its still a lot more firm than the .359/90 was on hard.
BTW, I'm 220 fully geared and riding + 2.5gals of fuel behind the seat in a rack.
