Yes this is a KIT, but wheels are up to you. There are a lot of people making wheels... Tricked Toys, Mountain Machines to name a couple.
Kit is 135.00 shipped, Anodized or not.

Go big, 8" doesn't do a lot, I've got 10" w/ smittys axle kit, with a different mount , 10" was a noticable difference.
