Big thanks to fabcraft

I have to give Mike at Fabcraft a big thanks. Myself and Ibbroken were in Montana for Hawkfest and on day 2 of our trip the bolts holding the cup for the recoil starter broke off in the mag. This could have been a disaster as we had shipped our machines 2500 miles for a 5 day ride and had no way of extracting broken bolts or pulling the mag to get the metal shavings out. Hearing that Fabcrafts shop was about 30 miles away from where we were riding we made a phone call. Mike opened his shop to us, stayed late and helped us get the recoil working again. Thank you for making our trip. I have to say it was pretty cool.

Mike,Monica, and Steve are top notch and have always been very helpful, and a great company building excellent products. You always see posts on the bad, and not enough credit given when a company goes out of their way to help out.

I can't say enough good about Mike and Monica. They are very active in our local club. He runs and fixes the groomer. They both head up rides for the club. Mike is always willing to help, share knowledge and problem solve. He's a great teacher and very patient. He's very supportive of us women in the sport.

Steve pumped up and revalved my WE shocks and put a new piston in the front track shock and when I dropped the shocks off, Mike took time out of his work day to show me how to change my belt and gave me some stuff to help the jigsaw cut easier when I cut out my boards for Better Boards. BTW, I'm VERY happy with the WE shocks at the higher pressure.

He's also given me countless advice about how to improve my sled for the way I ride (not using his parts). Mike and Monica have both shared what they've learned about gear and helped me look for what I needed. When one of my scratchers busted one night and we had a club ride early that next morning, we ran into Mike at the gas station and he offered for us to stop by the shop and give us an extra he had.

I love watching he and Monica together. They both have quite the sense of humor. It's fun to ride with them.
