Customer comes in at 8:00 or so and I was going to do a quick reflash to EFI box for the new map Dave has. Anyways look my install over real quick to double check it then I start the reflash. Well I seem to be doing something wrong so I call Dave he is not there but Darrin gives me his cell phone one 5min later Dave has me all ready to go and the sled is done keep in mind this is 8:30pm on Fri night.

So big Thanks to Dave

Ok here's my story of customer service from PL.
Show up in Sicamous on a wed. eve and Dave flashes my card at 8:00pm, no problem. Day two of riding I stab my track(my fault) and call Dave/Darren to ask where can I get help. Darren says bring it here(5:00pm fri) 11:00 pm that eve. I'm sleeping and cell rings, it's darren saying come on down it's nearly done!!!! They gave me a used, slightly damaged track and spent over two hours going over my Turbo install from front to back(they did not do install) and found several issues. I'm totally blown away by these two. I road my own sled the next day instead of a rental and it absolutely rocked thanks to their Turbo inspection. Got hell from Darren on mon. cause I didn't call on Sun. to tell him how things went.
Hat's off to you two. This is service at it's extreme IMO.

Thanks to both Dave and Justin. Thats great customer service by both of you, especially after hours. I think I'm murphy's law with a snowmobile, anything that can go wrong probaly will. Thanks for both your guys great effort.

Wow, now that is totally impressive!!

Also just curious if I take the fuel psi down to 43-45 area does that help just the lower end stumble out a bit????

48psi right now with the new map not bad at all but just looking to get it better.

Dido on the service from PL

My buddy blew his GT2554 turbo so I called up Darren and Dave to see if I could get a new one. Ended up getting a new header, down pipe, turbo and a few other goodies couried to me and they showed up this morning. That's awesome considering the time of year and how busy these guys are.

That's why I bought my Nytro kit from them. We all know problems can happen, but for me it's the service you get after the sale.
