Noaa is making rumblings of a rather large snow event headed for us. Keep your fingers crossed!!

I remember 10'-11' season I blewup two polaris 800's that year. Storm is still looking good for this weekend through next week.

Planning on heading that way right after Christmas, not looking to good for that. Probably have to head elsewhere.

Road/trail riding will be Ok at Christmas this year. If you get off the trail, you had better know the area. It is kinda rare to be able to go buck wild on the GM much before mid-Jan. If we do get more snow I will post.

I hope you didn't screw up and change your plans! The Grand Mesa is totally awesome right now! Yesterday (the 26th) we spent the day in mid-thigh depth powder all day! The area we rode in had NO other riders at all so we had all that fresh powder all to ourselves! Some of the best riding I've ever gotten to experience. The rocks (and everything else for that matter) all well covered! There seemed to be a nice base under all that powder but it was tough to tell with so much new on top! Everyone was having a bit of trouble with too much snow covering all their intakes! Incredible conditions right now!

GM Ride report

Just got back back from riding the GM. The snow is as good as it gets for this time of year. The base is perfect with a nice top layer. It looks like more snow is coming this week. We snowbiked x-cross country all three days and hit only a few logs. This is setting up for a great season.
