big props to timbersled, awesome customer service

GUY"S just want to give credit where credit is due. bud at timbersled really helped the michigan crew last week and this week. had an issue while at togwotee last week on the rear suspension, lost a few of the rear scissor bushings. bud sent two sets out to us to our next location, as we were heading to ride with MTdream in bozeman. they sent one ups and one fedex to make sure we got them over night. he did that due to the fact a big snow storm was in the area and he wanted us to get them. MT was nice enough to locate a 3rd set in town IF we didnt get the sent ones.

then on our ride with mt, i had an issue with a lower control arm, bud sent that out 2 day air on monday so i could have the parts today to be able to ride this weekend at home if i wanted to. just want to say thanks to those guys, i know they are SUPER BUSY but, they took the time to help us, answer questions, and get us our parts asap with no hesitation. they saved our vacations from what could have been alot worse.

yeah, and bud didnt even ask you if your sled was suffering from AMS as much as you were

altitude will get you!!!

huge props to them too, they did the same thign for me, when I had a blow out on my valve on my shock the day after you guys left!!! some big rock (dont knwo where taht came from bit the valve stem on my front float...OUCH!!!

they overnighted me another and we were up and running Christmas eve...not the easiest day to ship stuff...

love to come back out this year but not sure time, vacation or budget will allow this season. and yes altitude sickness kicked my butt, 2nd time in 3 trips. gotta figure a way around that. also need to get my sled "straightened out" or i may have to "upgrade" sleds.

big props to you as well mt, was great to meet you and your bro (good people). thanks for showing us around some of your favorite areas. we had a blast for the little time we got to spend riding with you. maybe next time we can do a multiple day deal. ski
