You can go to Riding Areas on these forums and click on Northern BigHorns for the lastest word on conditions. The new manager of Wyoming High Country Lodge, Corey, has been doing a great job of keeping people informed of conditions up in the nw area from Bear Lodge.
We spend the majority of our time riding the Horns, and it looks like another slow sart to the riding season, that said, there are almost always good pockets of snow in the Horns, be it from spotty snowfall to wind blowing it into the trees and drainages. Seems like it isn't until after the first of the year that it starts getting real good and the best riding is from spring storms into march and April.
