big bull moose

got this in an email today, no idea on the source..........


By the length of his beard and the gray legs, I figure he must be over 10 years old. He looks to be well over 8 feet at the top of the shoulder hump and with his head up the height to the top of his antler must be about 12 feet .

This is a regular size dirt road.

Bull moose get white legs at 4 years old, reach their breeding prime at 7 and die around 10 or 11 (unless they get shot sooner, of course)

Definitely not photoshop, that was taken in upper huffman a few years back. I was down there last week looking for that monster and actually stumbled across him in exactly the same spot, and he's grown even more since then.

I wish I could find Upper Huffman, it's got the big snow, the big hills, and apperently the big moose. Prolly can hunt there all year long too, and I hear beer grows on trees there.
