It seems that what the judge did is in violation of their first amendment rights This decision will probably go to the Supreme Court. I would prefer that OMG's wear their colors, that way you know who your dealing with.

I feel for the cop that tries to take a Mongols leather or his bike! I read a book about them and they are badazz. They have actually killed to earn that patch, what makes you think that they won't kill to keep it.
