Big Bore Kits

Im going with an 860 kit on my 09 xp from Big John at Sled Head Racing. Everything you here about him is good, even my dealer gives him two thumbs ups

all you have to do is take off your cylinders and send them away and install different pistons, the bored out jugs, and the head. first time takes a little bit to just learn how it all goes, but i could rip down my rkt 738 (for the 600) in about half an hour without air tools, with air tools, i could do it in like 15 minutes from running to top end totally off.

rkt makes an 860 for it as well, great guy and great motor, if you get big john to do it, get the rkt head for it!

get yourself a dyanmoe joe clutch kit aswell, makes clutching it SUPER easy to do.

I'll tell you that after much research last fall I had BJ build me one of his 840's off of the 800 HO bottom end...He was a straight up shooter on the numbers I could expect and it pulled within a half horsepower of what he said it would on the dyno and he was always willing, and quick to answer questions I had via e-mail or phone...I will use BJ again when it comes time build another monster...I still have a smile on my face from last winter.
