Thank You to all of our valued customers here on Snowest.com!

We are almost to the end of the 08-09 riding season and are already planning for the next, and as an important part of the planning process we are interested in your input for our next season regarding our product line.

The Original Quick Clickers TM Ski-doo rapid clutch adjusters continue to be a huge favorite among the Ski-doo crowd and continue to be copied in the industry. We would like to hear any comments or suggestions that would make this great product better for you.

The Slidekicks TM reverse-compatible ice scratchers are heading into their third season. We all know we had some serious issues with performance and durability out of the gate, but we feel we have addressed and solved those issues with this last seasons' design. Hopefully those with issues contacted us and took advantage of our warranty program.
We would like to hear any and all comments regarding the Slidekicks TM to help us further improve for the coming season.

Also, as a special appreciation gift to anyone who orders from us this spring, we are including a FREE DVD from TAHOE FILMS with your order. Look for us on the new upcoming Sledheads 5 from Tahoe Films Ltd. to be released soon!

Feel free to post your comments here or speak to us in person by calling

Thank You, God Bless America!

I got a set this year, they spent most of the year on the skid due to snow conditions. When I finally needed them they hung like wet noodles and the sheathing was all split.

I would have to say they were less than expected.JMHO!!:beer;:D

Slidekicks on ours worked GREAT! Only improvement would be the tips, I almost lost mine on a couple different occasions and I tightened the he!! out of them. Am going to try some loctite next year. Other than that, love them!

slidekicks worked great for me. Had a warranty issue and the replacement set turn around was less than a week. That's pretty good service in my book. The carbide tips do make a huge difference in performance, I suggest that is the only way to go. Also, loctite is a must on all threads, blue works, I use red. The noodle effect is cured by pointing them slightly forward, applying more pressure on the snow. I do like the product.

On the sidekicks, you need to use a left handed screw on the left side, and a right handed screw on the right side. (I may have that backwards.) And, invest in some nylok screws. Or, just loctite the hell out of them. They make a pre-applied patch for bolts. Worked great all season other than the left side come loose, but I fixed it. Me and Allen both noticed the same thing on our sleds. Very nice to have on a sled with reverse. They only come up for trailering, otherwise their down.

You ever figure anything out for the skis?

I was very happy with the service getting my slidekick warrantied. My only beef is that they take a set when left up and then won't really scratch the snow. I have them pointed straight down and locktighted the crap of the bolts. I agree that one side should have reverse threads.

Wade,
We opted not to make a bracket for the skis as this mounting location would pose a hazard to steering and directional control if the scratcher ever became caught on anything. Thanks for the input!
P.S. Sounds like the guy that had the sheathing split has the original PVC coated style that was held over a season by a dealer who didn't know of our exchange program. We would like to make it right so give us a call.

We bought 3 sets of the slide kicks last year and they worked great! I sold my sled and the guy who bought it made it conditional that I throw in the slide kicks - so needless to say I did. Since I just purchased a new sled, I am going to order another set this fall.

Good work guys!

Four sets of slidekicks and running. Thanks to Whitefish for taking care of the warrenty issue on the 1st gen pairs.

My only problem now is really keeping the screw tip from loosing up. I've tried loctit'n them damn good. Now I just keep a wrench with me and tighten them up on the trail if need be.

Thanks everyone for your valued input, we're working on the issues you described to build you a better product. Keep them coming please!

Slidekicks worked great. Only problem I seem to have is they don't stay hanging on the rails all the time when I don't need them. Otherwise very happy.

My skidekicks were awsome all season long.Never had one move. I will get the carbide points But thats all the need IMO! They keep my 900RMK cool enough on a 50 deg.+ day if thats not good enough what is ?

I spoke with Between the lines about my scratchers and they feel I got a set of the original style. So they are sending me another set of the new style at no charge.I took the oportunity to upgrade to the carbides as they were not available from where I got the originals.

If all manufacturers had this approach to customer satisfaction we would all be better off.I wish they made a snowmobile,I bet it would be pull and go!!!Best customer service I ever got.:beer;
