Im not toting a foil hat or anything but will say if we have ONE hiccup in our economy you better have some supplies if you live in a metro area. Here is a photo taken after a 3" snowfall in South Carolina by a friend of mines sister. People went crazy at the store like it was the end of days...and over a SMALL snowstorm.

Things will get ugly within days in bigger cities if/when SHTF. Which is reason number 1 why I always want to live in the country. Reason number 2 has to do with zombies. haha

You have a point, but have you ever seen The Crazies?? Technically not zombies yet, but those sob's can make there way a few miles out of town in no time and just sit there waiting for you to come in the room. Just so you know...................................
