Better front bumper for 06 REV ?

Ok, so someone has got to have figured this out...

It just seems to me that the light weight plastic front bumper on the 06 era REV series sleds has got to have been improved on by someone by now. The things just take such a light tag to crack, someone has had to have fixed this. I know that you could argue that the wimpy bumper is to protect the NUN, and the NUN is, what, "designed" as a crumple zone to protect the motor and more central parts of the frame?

Any leads on a more stout bumper for the REV ?

Here is one I made after my stock bumper broke.

Kinda hard to see but it is 1" aluminum tube with some flatbar welded to it as a mount and pop riveted to the plastic so it still have some give. Still strong enough to pick the front of the sled up by the bumper. Haven't "tested" it yet though. It took a pretty good impact for my stock bumper to break but it saved the nun and pipe.
