Best way to port a 162X16X2.5

Need to port a 162X16x2.5 Challenger Extreme. Need to know best hole set-up and will ice scratchers work?

I went with a two hole/one hole pattern on mine with 1" hole saw. I run the scratchers, no problem.

I went 3 hole/ 2 hole pattern 1" holes, and I do use ice scratchers.
