I am thinking about racing RMSHA for the first time this year and was wondering what is the best track to use and what are the best type of skis to use?

First, search for the rmsha Q's? thread that was going a couple months ago. It's in the Racing section and has pages of good info on there that should help you out. Lots of people on here race so we can get you going in the right direction. If you are planning on racing stock class, you can count out changing the skis or track unless it is back to OEM from the factory stuff. Post up some details of your experience, sled you're running, etc... The earlier, the better if you're serious. Definitely takes a lot of time and dedication.

Thanks for the link. It had a lot of good info. One question i have is how many screws should i be putting in my track. I have an 06 M7 with the challenger track. Also would an attack 20 with it turned around in the hillclimb position be a better track for racing? Thanks again for the info.
