Putting on new boards tonight.
Any suggestions? I still want to have all of my fingers when I am done as well.

I used a sawzall on johnnys boards. That is the 4th set i have done that way, works just fine if you have a SHARP blade.
I use a plasma cutter
I've done a few sets with a Sawzall too and there is no comparison.
The air saw is the only way to go. High RPM's and a shorter blade
I had a custom set built by (madmax) saw zall, air grinder worked great.
Grinding and drilling out the steel rivets tomorrow and then wrapping it up by our trip to Tog.
SLedhead, are you joining us?
Dan - you should wait until you can take that sled over to my place and have them done correctly....ive done and/or been involved with a few and know what works and does not
XP - well its best to stuff a 1/2" steel bar down the board edge......or it will sag, period!
07 and older Ms have a POS board edge......upgrade to the 08 and newer
the 08 and newer Ms should be OK as the board edge is bomb proof.....but its smart tpo leave as much meat as you can
Why would you want to hack up your sled like that?????
