I want to update the rear bumper/tunnel on my M8- who offers the best peice? thanx in advance

i just ordered the vanamburg (spelling) boondocker back half of the tunnel. very good people to deal with. i should have i mid week when i get it and install it i will post pics.

Go with the factory arctic cat.. you can do the whole back half, bumper, running board edges, with connector to tunnel back... for right at 200 bucks... might i add that the HCR edges and bumpers powdercoated are cheaper than the bare aluminum pieces!!!

well if you want the best and not the cheapest go with the van amburg its the strongest and i think it looks schweet. you could go with stock running board gussets/ foot rests the VE bumper and flatten your cooler will cost ~$200. AMP makes nice running board supports also. I added an 09' LED to top it off.

Where can you get this at?

if you want the cat stuff pm free agent on here or ask for michelle at oregon power sports cheapest and fastest place to get anything cat. don't foreget if you do the cat rear end as mentioned above you will be replacing the entire rear half of the tunnel not just the bumper and its a lot of drilling out rivets and popin new ones. you may as well buy the 09' cooler tail light and mudflap (and yes i meant mud flap they are worthless for mountain riding w/ a P'claw:face-icon-small-win) as well if you go this way which is way more then $200. and then when it bends the first time pullin a buddy out you can do the VE:face-icon-small-hap

If your bending the 2010 rearend, idk what your pulling, cuz i've pulled more than one dead sled out through steep and deep terrain and it is very solid. I personally think the VE setup doesn't look very good unless you go with the boondock rear half, otherwise it just looks pieced together. IMO

I installed the bdx kit on my 07, and would recommend going in a different direction. Just IMHO it didn't fit very well, and seems to be very flimsy. I like most of bdx products, but there tunnel kit is not an outstanding product in my opinion. I got it to where I feel it is stronger now, but had to do some fabing to get it there.
