Gearing, go with a 19tooth top gear, this will give you a little more low end umph. not sure what those sleds came stock with but i'm guessing like a 21 or 22 tooth top gear for trail riding. Also clutching could make a difference. Boost bottle for the carb boots, this allows for even air pressure, not sure if it helps with hp but its a cheap mod. Besides those 2 things stuff is going to start getting spendy. An aftermarket can would drop some weight and might be good for a couple hp...all depends on what you want to spend...
