Best matte finish riding helmet?

I have an HJC helmet now, but I am looking to buy a new helmet. I would like a black or white helmet with matte finish. Can anyone share their experiences?

I have a black and white moose helmet and seems to work very good. Price isn't that bad, but one thing I noticed with the matte finish helemts they scratch easier and show marks more, but they do look good!

I sometimes wear the Fly Trophy Helmet and I like it. It is a size to small for me so it fits snug in the cheeks but I got it for looks more than anything and the picture does not do it justice. It's also available in black but I have not seen that version in person. It also is very cheap in price. My 509 Sinister Goggles fit really well with it too.

no fear has a plethora of matte finish helmets....they changed their whole image for the better too

Polaris has a sweet White and Black matte lid. I saw it at the dealer the other day. It has graphics on it already though if you dont want a blank canvas. If you wanted a full face FXR makes a nice one.

Picked up an O'Neal carbonfibre/kevlar on ebay a while back and i just love it....weighs almost nothing which is what i wanted. The flat black is really tough too,,,,,not showing a scratch yet,,,,and i don't treat it all that well...lol

here's my gmax helmet. bought it from a co-worker during the summer for $40, and it had never been worn!

gmax helmet above looks pretty sweet, it is a closed face "shield" style helmet with a removable shield and optional visor...its really nice except for its not snell aproved ..hjc and bell both make really nice black matte finish helmets. i personally like the look of the bell sc-x matte black

I have that helmet in the mx version, very light and only $60 bucks at helmet outlet.

keeton the gmax helmet above is sold from gmax with both the double pane closed face shield and the mx visor. if you didnt get both i would contact the dist. we sell a bunch of these and they are pretty slick...just wish they were snell approved.

I had one of those too it was junk heavy as hell this is a completely different model just the same finish as the other one, anyway i ive always like Gmaxs plain style they dont seem to get carried away with graphics
