The Garmin Rhino all of them are good 110,120,130,530's they are good!! Because they are a radio as well and any body with a rhino will show up, so if your riding partner has one, as soon as you talk on the radio it will show you were he Or she Is:face-icon-small-win has came in handy for me many times :first:

Anything Garmin makes is easy to use. I carry a Garmin 76CS, large 2-1/2" color screen, watertight, and floats!

1. How much are looking to spend?

100-200: http://www.rei.com/product/735607

200-400: http://www.rei.com/product/805910 or http://www.rei.com/product/798880

The 100-200 are not going to get you detailed topographical maps. Both of the ones I listed in the 200-400 are the best for all around use. The difference between the two are basically screen size and touch screen.

I have the 450t (T Stands for Topographical) I really have only ever used Topographical for snowmobiling so I don't know how i'd get around without the topographical maps. Its got elevation profling and a bunch of other log modes. Expandable maps, speedometer and all kindsa sweet garbage I'll never use. I've got a ram mount for it to so I have it mounted to the bars. The battery life with rechargeable lithium's is over 2 days so no problems there. The touch screen even works with my gloves on. I also use it for Hiking and Skiing treks which works excellent for logging.

Oh ya, It's waterproof too.

I got the Garmin 60csx. Awesome GPS. Good mapping capabilities. I think it's on sale for 199$ around at a few websites i've seen.

You might want to check out Garmins BirdsEye Satellite Imagery feature also. Your able to download satellite imagery on certain garmin handhelds.

Picked up a Garmin 62 ST this summer for a canoe trip. Worked great. Maps are highly detailed.
