Best deal on a tie down bar kit? raider kit?

built a budget sled deck and I want to put a tie down bar on the front of it.


only kit I can find is the raider kit?

otherwise I would have to buy parts seperate on dennis kirk, but I can't tell if their replacement bars they sell come with the protective pads already on them or not. anyone have experience with the raider kit?

they kinda stiff you on shipping, cost me almost $16 for shipping. but for $70 it will work out good having aluminum and the nice crank handle...
