Best Assault Track???

I picked up a 2014 SBA with a 1.375 track I want to get a deep snow track for the UP and out west just wondering what the best option is

That's what I figured of course I just had my factory rails powdercoated but if I was to switch to the 146 what rails track driver and gear configuration would be the best

You will need 2.86 pitch drivers. You can run the track with your tension adjuster bolts maxed out or get a 9" big wheel kit for the rear axle. Gearing similar to recommendation for 2.0 maybe a tooth less on top than that. I considered putting this track on my old iron edge chassis switchback but decided to order a 15 rmk instead.

2.5" Camo Extreme or 2.4 Polaris series 5.1 track
I sent you a PM about the drivers you'll need, I have a set.

I had the 144x2 challenger track and thought it did very well. Don't have to deal with drivers. Went out west and up.

x2

had the challenger 2" on my 2011 SBA and it went pretty good. I liked it better than the 146x2.4" I had on my 09 Assault.

I have the 2" Challenger on mine. I had no problems in the Big Horns and absolutely loved it in the U.P. and Northern MN.

X4 on the 2" Challanger 144. Very easy swap in and it works very well. This is in UP, Northern MN and trails in central MN. One trip to Cooke as well and it worked well for a 144" tracked sled. It is not an RMK and did not have highmark on the hill but I was not left wanting another sled because I got left behind. Honestly this is the best all around sled in this configuration IMO.

As mentioned above, I ran the 2" on my SBA and worked awesome. Change your gearing to 20/42 and your good to go.
