Anyone know how to straighten a bent gripper ski or if it can be done?

Put it in a vise and bend it back till it looks straight. You wouldn't think plastic has such a memory!
Clamp in vise.
Heat with torch.
Bend back to shape.
Use C clamps and blocks of wood on any straight edges that are bent.

Hot tub is a great idea. Not sure if the chlorine would break down the plastic though. I had a bent saddle, put a bar clamp on it and placed it on the heat register overnight and it looks like new.

run a bathtub with just enough hot hot water to cover it. Put ski in . Go boil some water and add some every 10 minutes.
Within an hour, your ski should be back to its original shape.
The ski is probably made with UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight poly-ethylene) which does have a memory.

Bromine man, just incase you gotta throw a ski in sometime. Easier on the skin too incase you throw that in as well. lol. EW
