Bent crank at clutch

Finally getting my sled dialed in today and something very odd happened. Felt low on power climbing a hill, hit a lake and when I hit it to go across it started vibrating and shaking like crazy! Pulled thew hood and the clutch is wagging back and forth like it is bent. got it home and pulled the clutch and it was the output shaft right as it exits the case. Bent like crazy.

Is this the typical crank issue with these older sleds???

The cranks usually never bend the just break, they are very hard material. I would bet the rod pin is broke, I would tear the engine down.
