Can u bench test the stator and the voltage regulator? If so does anyone know specs, and what wires? I think I know the stator u go from white-yellow etc... Thanks

Until you get the actual specs, if you want to get started testing the stator you can test each coil for shorts or breaks. Each coil should have some impedance/resistance, but should also have some continuity. Zero ohms indicates a short, and infinity (zero continuity) indicates a break in the circuit somewhere.
