I put a HYMARK roller sec. off an 01 on my 05 800 and it rips besides the facty that it sits too high in the sheaves of the secondary and it likes to pull at idle and squeek. How do i adjust the secondary?? If its possible. Thanks

You dont have any directions on the Hymark??? If its not adjustable, you may have to shim the primary a little...Have you taken it apart for fun yet to see how its made?
No i havent, its really just a temporary replacement til i get a roller OEM secondary and throw a DJ kit in it. I dont have any paper work on it and havent really tried researching anything, been real busy. Ill stare at it later tonight and see if i can come up with a way to adjust it if nobody on here can help lol. I hope the REV belt isnt wider and thats jsut the way it is, that would suck.
