Belt tension help

I've recently added a team tied on my 08 800. since then i'm unable to adjust the belt properly. to keep the track from spinning while on the stand i need to drop the belt down into the secondary a fair bit. my center to center is at 11.5" and spider was recently shimmed at SLP for my belt (polaris 115).

any ideas?

have you measured the belt to sheave clearance?

Have you tried another belt? Also the tracks on both my sleds will spin slowly when they are on the stand because there is always going to be some contact with the belt on the primary clutch at idle. Have you set your belt deflection to proper spec of 1.25 inches. If so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
