Belt question?

so to start off i ride a 06 m7 and i it has the m8 clutch if that makes a difference but the belt squeals when im at an idle when i rev it up it goes away does it need no be tighter? and if so im not really sure how to tighten it, your information would be great Thanks

No

No you do not want to tighten in any more. The question is do you want to loosen it. If it is just a very light squeal you should be ok, but if it is loud you will need to adjust it. I have always had good luck running the belt deflection where the track will just barely turn when it is warm on a track stand.
You can also measure it but I would have to look it up to say the right number.
