Haven't blown one yet. 800+ miles. I did put a new one on at around 600 to get my spare broke in. Then didn't switch back. Both belts are in good shape.

1,900 mile season is pretty awesome! Back in the late 90's early 2,000's when we were mainly just doing point and shoot 1500-2000 mile seasons were the norm. Once we hit the trees and started having 40 mile days that got cut in half, but those 40 miles sure are sweet.

150 miles on my belt so far, still looks like new;) Going to put more miles on it tomorrow...

How many miles you will get completely depends on how you ride. Some people used to get 1000 miles per belt with the Cat clutches. I used to get about 300-400 per belt. With the Team clutches I got over 700 and the belt was still in way better shape then 300 miles on my 2014. The new clutches are the bomb, if I can go 700 miles I would bet most people could get 1500.

Yes I really ride a mountain sled like it should be rode which is hard on belts. ?

i have just over 400 miles on my 16 that i bought last march, no wear on it at all, and i measure width every 300 miles or so because i don't want a blow-up in the back country....my first powder ride this year was on a summer time hiway, uphill in 12-20 inches of dry powder, just over 20 miles long...when i got to the top of the pass, i hand checked the clutches; drive i could put hand on clutch and hold it there; driven, i could put hand on clutch for about 5 secs, probably could have been longer, but i didn't need a burn.....with previous clutches on many machines checked in this way, we should have long lived belts...:face-icon-small-hap
