529 miles, first belt exploded, hoping to get the new secondary soon!

Here is what I noticed each time my belt blew.

Be on the look out for what I call "Belt fuzz" or "Belt cotton"

down by your left foot. Just before (Maybe 10-30 miles +_ ) I would start to see that belt fuzz showing up. Shortly after that, the belt would blow.

I change out the belt before it blows now. It suks real bad (As you found out) to get all those belt cords out of the primary or secondary once it blows.

I squeaked by till trhe team tied went on than popped 2 in 2 day's--yepper it had alignment
When mine went there are no cords.. just 2"x2" chunks no cords.....the stock clutch is back on and running happy

I got about 500 miles on my first belt on my stock clutch and about 500 miles on my second belt with the updated clutch. Curious to see if the new EVO/GATES belt plus updated clutch will provide better belt life.
