Belt Drive on a 2012 Polaris

Okay. I got one for you guys. I have a 2012 Polaris Assault that I installed a 2013 belt drive on. I put on both new drive shafts, updated brake caliper mount, brake disc, and a 2013 speedometer sensor. Everything is working great except for my speedometer is running about twice as fast as it should. According to my speedometer I was getting 130 mph track speed :face-icon-small-hap

Any ideas how to fix this?
 
This is totally a guess, but did they change the spline count on the 13 and adjust the tach accordingly? That's the only thing I could think of??
 
My WAG: I would first compare the triggers (spline looking piece that triggers the sender / sensor) if they are the same count and size put your '12 sensor back in. Likely a sensor change and the '13 display runs a different correction factor. Again just a wild *** guess in my part.
 
I never thought to check to make sure it's not in kph. I don't think it is but I will double check. My friend has a 2013 Pro with a turbo and keeps going through belts. He wanted a chain case so we basically swapped. Now his speedometer is reading too slow and mine is reading too fast. It's effecting our sled's mileage too. The 2012 sensor reads the spined shaft underneath the driven clutch. The 2013 sensor reads the holes in the brake rotor. My assumption was there is a correction factor in the computer for the different distances between when the sensor sees metal. I didn't think changing the sensor would do much because all they care about is if they are seeing metal. The computer calcualtes the mileage based on that.
