S shawn420 New member Feb 8, 2012 #1 does anyone have the specs for clutch alignment and belt deflection on a 2001 rmk 800? put a new belt on and its squeaking also how tight is the chain supossed to be in the chaincase? adjusting nut finger tight and backed off 1/4 -1/2 turn?

S shawn420 New member Feb 8, 2012 #3 about 1/8 inch out of the secondary, i adjusted the dial on secondary to 1 when i put the belt on because it was too tight (am i right 1 is looser 5 is tighter?) stock belt 3211065
