Looking for a reasonably priced clutch alignment tool for REV. Any suggestions?

That makes me nervous! Looking to just verify proper alignment, blew two belts last year in 5 days in Colorado. I have 08 600 SDI 144", anything I should be looking at first? I did the normal stuff, cleaned new belts, proper break-in, cleaned clutches etc.. I blew one belt the year before so I opened up the side panels and added frog skins and removed the plastic clutch guard. Seem to be removing alot of the heat but sled was harder on belts.
Just a piece of 3/8" diameter square rod from the hardware store (straight) and use the Doo X-Y-Z measurements....cheapest and most accurate.
Where would a guy find the X Y and Z measurements for doing a proper alignment?
