if you have been one of the lucky ones lately to get your truck and/or trailer towed from the parking lot up by crystal springs, i have talked to a friend of mine who works for the Washington State Police and he informed me that if your vehicle and/or trailer was towed from there it is illegal because where we all park is "Forrest Service Land" and a outsider or in this case the "beasleys" cannot call a tow company to tow vehicles and in fact the tow company that has towed at least five vehicles this year is in BIG trouble with the state police. thought that this would be some good information for all of us when were up there. so lets make sure were all parked there legally cause if not it will cost close to $1,500 in tow fees FYI :faint:

NOW LETS PRAY FOR MORE SNOW AND QUICKLY :whoo:

Post from Jet Johnson about Crystal Springs Snopark

Is the snopark gate open yet?? anyone know?

The gate at the Forest Service end of Crystal Springs was opened today. I believe State Parks was going to open their gate tomorrow. Also the gates on the Erling Stordahl ski trail system were opened about 2 weeks ago.

Try this about the towing that happened at the snowpark area.

you can email Dan at jetjohnso@aol.com to get included in the situation and info.

The tow company is also friends of the caboose owner, Why would you tow from stampede pass to Renton ?? Some kind of a bad connection here !

Exactly. There is a tow company in Easton. It should be used if you are actually on Beasley's property. What's to stop him from towing you to Spokane and charging $3,000? Hope heads roll.

MORE INFO

Talked to my forest service friend last night, He has been in touch with the tow company, the last one towed, (Caleb) and the caboose owner, (not beasley), He instructed them that they did in fact tow the vehciles away ilegally and that if they did it again they ( the tow company and land owner ) would be fined $ 4000. They have a hearing in january to straighten it out, He thinks the judge will order the tow company to reimburse the owners towed , than the tow company would have to go after his buddy at the caboose to get reibursed. Way to much drama for me !! Stand by, at least we have the forest service on our side !!

Sorry, a little off topic
FYI Cascade Towing is Easton, if the need for a tow arises, these are good people plus they are sledders.

I hope whoever the poor victims that were towed by this azzhat sue for damges! I know I would pay 20k to my lawyer before I let these peckerwoods off the hook with a warning. I would think 25k in damages would help the person with post tramatic stress problems. Can you imagine the stress of riding back to the parking lot to see 50k worth of truck and trailer missing!

If anyone needs a cutthroat lawyer who loves to get you money from people who would be stupid enough to tow your rig off public land, pm me for info.

I heard they were ordered to repay the money

Not positive but I thought I heard the court ordered the tow company and the guy that called them to repay the snowmobilers who got towed,

A judgement or a order to pay? A judgement just means they owe that person. If they don't pay you can report it to the credit bureau and it will show as a debt in collection on there credit report.
