I had to pull a crew off the mountain above beaver a month ago because of the snow. They were up at the peak above big johns flat. I was literally a couple hours from getting my trailer and equipment snowed in for the year. They had over 24" then. According to snotel sites this storm didn't produce much for them and they're still sitting around 24"-30", hard to believe. Long way to go for not much snow. If you do go let us know how much you found. Later in the year I'd like to ride down that way with you. I'd like to see where all the big horn sheep winter, that herd is huge, we counted over 350 and they never left the high peaks.
mtnpull's right, looks like brian head area got some good stuff but beaver area didn't. How much base is under the new?
Waiting for a return phone call from the ranger I was working for in the beaver area, I'll post info as soon as I get it.
I have a place in Brian Head. they should have 2-4ft of fresh by Wed but no base yet so that mean tow straps and broken A arms!![]()
