Thursday north of Wyoming High Country, Friday just northwest of BearLodge

what about tomorrow

We ride with the guides, yesterday we took off working way to Wyoming High Country and kept finding 10 to 15 acre clear cuts that had not been touched and never got more than 5 miles from the lodge. We are going to do the same today because we leave this afternoon.

I'm wondering the same as you moresnow... I've never been to bear lodge and i really need to know if gas is avaible at the lodge or nearby. Thanks?

We're here now, gas is not an issue.

We got here Sunday night and had some friends leaving Monday morning.
One told us "if your afraid to get off the trail your going to be following tracks all your life"

It has been warm and the snow is hard in the morning but we have been having a good time.
Monday we must have got stuck 20 times

Spent today at 10,000+ feet making tracks all day (till Jerry hit a rock)

I talked to the lodge yesterday. Still riding from the lodge and grooming. Gas is supposed to not be a issue. We have been out 7 times and never had gas problems there? Anyway 5 of us from Iowa leaving 430 AM to head out. Might stay the night in Sheridan and then head up Sat AM after getting trial passes etc. Anyone here wants to link up look for our Ferd Super Duty crew (black) pulling a Triton open 4 place with 5 loaded. We are not big climb guys (or the wife!). Just looking to putz around/explore and get our one newbie stuck. Newbie will turn 40 Sat. Hello Bears Den! Crossing fingers for snow.
