Does anyone know the cancellation policy?

The policy is not posted on the website and they don't send a email with reservation info/ cancel policy.

Anyone want our room?

Dates would be helpful. This is why we collect deposits when we book rooms, people are less likely to back out for lame excuses and someone doesn't get hung with the bill.

I believe its a 24 or 48 hour cancel policy with full refund but dont quote me on it. Just give them a call.

From what I heard and seen the conditions are that bad right now and only gonna get worse with warm temps and no snow. But fingers are crossed till the 24th

Pretty sure the cancellation policy is like a month in advance... Or atleast 2 weeks

I would like to know the policy also good business would be if the snow sucks 48 hours would be allowed with full refund. Hope some one can give us the info here.

50% refund if cancelled 2 weeks before arrival. if within 2 weeks of booked date you pay full amount. Thats why I'll be up there this weekend.

I cancelled at elkview once this winter, last minute bullcrap came up and wasn't able to stay friday of my friday-saturday reservation. called friday day of and cancelled for that night with no penalty when snow was good. They'll work with you, the "monopoly" on that mountain is fortunately held down by some pretty good folks!!
