Snow conditions are poor across the valley. Rain has washed away the snow in the lower elevation and higher up looks more like spring riding conditions. The upcoming forecast doesn't look promising (check weather.gov) when considering all the snow the Sierra Nevada range is receiving.

Thanks. Weather report on AccuWeather looks like a lot of moisture but just s bit warm at least on the valley floor, St Charles. Looks to be cooling a bit later this week. Maybe just being hopeful.

Hopefully this week will change things. All I've seen is bare foothills and little snow on the peaks.

Camric, FNA, where are you located? Well be there on the 26th for quite a while. Need riding partners so if in the valley let's hook up. I'm in St Charles.

Got about 4" here in the valley mountains are probably ready to ride and more snow to come

Ya there is a winter storm warning tomorrow evening to Christmas night lower elevations suppose to get 2"-4" inches and higher even more so looks good
