BDX Tunnel Conversion M1000

I'm looking for a little help on the install of tunnel conversion kit for my sled. I've read the instructions multiple times, and feel I can probably do it without too many hangups, but there is still a little grey area, so I was hoping to get some tips from those of you who have already done this. Track is a 162" so I won't need to do any trimming, but besides that what have you guys found was the easiest way to get it done and look the best?

i did a pretty detailed post when i installed mine, i think its called "bde bumper kit installed the sandman way" has a few of the tricks in there. would make sure to grind the grips on the rails flat at the back where the kickups mount BEFORE you put on the template to cut, you'll get a more accurate angle when you mount the kickups...
