BDX track porting tool what ya think

i finaly broke down and bought a BDX track porting tool this thing kicks *** big time. i ported my entire track in 30 min and it took that long because i had to let the 1/2 electric drill cool down. just wanted to say thanks to JEFF at black diamond extreme for a super great product. THANKS!!!!!!

That tool makes short work out of doing a track.I did my GF's and mine in about 45 min last year.

i ported a 153 camoplast challanger track. 3 holes across all the way around

You can also take a cheap hole-saw bit, and grind the teeth off and the sharpen the edge like a knife against a bench grinder. That works pretty darn good aswell (nothin against the BDX tool).

It works but you have to dig the rubber out about every third plug. On the BDX tool they just roll out the top.

^x2!! I was gonna use a holesaw. Decided to spend the $ on the BDX tool, glad I did. Makes porting a snap!! The rubber holes come out real easily.

I've done a few with both & holy crap is the bdx WAY faster/easier.

Make your buddies buy you a 12er when they borrow it to make up for the cost of purchase!
