what's the thrust washer the instructions say to grease and install? i don't have one. is it still install the engine housing?

it must be, just did mine last week and i couldnt find the "thrust washer" either. I looked all over and had friend that did his come over and same situation. just installed it after i decided i couldnt find it.

Just curios what comes in the kit to block of the injectors in the intake boots, i've allways used ball bearings in the hose, but had one of them fall out on my old sled, I will be using some sort of glue this time around :D

The thrust washer is on the shaft inside the motor. When you pull the oil injection pump it should stay on the shaft in side the motor.

Nothing, you just cut the hose off of the pump and jump it from one to the other.

Yep, the thrust washer normally stays in the engine when you pull the pump out. I dug around in mine until it finally came out, because I was freaked out thinking I had lost it. It was in there and a total bugger to get out.

BDX recommends just connecting the intake boot ports with a piece of the oil line you pull off. Seems to work fine even with boost.
