Does anyone have a picture of the BDX 3 piece hood vent kit installed on their sled? I went to install it and the 2 outside vents are too small for any of the cutouts in the hood.

the three piece hood kit is meant for the nose of the sled. the bit one covers the middle two openings and the smaller ones cover the two outside holes. I will try to dig a picture up for you of my sled in a bit
Not the best picture but it shows the oneside at least.
Well that would be my issue. I have an '05 M that I'm trying to install this kit on and obviously the outside holes are a different size. I guess the '06 and newer hoods have smaller outside holes. F! BDX should list that somewhere before someone orders parts!!!!

What is the difference between the 05 & newer hoods? I thought an M hood was an M hood?
The front vent holes are different?
I'm sure if BDX gave you a set that won't work on your sled, they'll give you your $$ back.

bdx only makes there kit for the nose to fit on 07 and newer sleds they will send you another set and you can double them up or i can get the frogzskins or goe to http://frogzskin.com/ to order the set atleast its not very expensive bdx did not realize that the 05 and 06 m hoods were differnt. i ran into this same problem on a 2005 m7 i am working on

I thought so too! I guess the older ones were different. The side cutouts are like double the size of the screen! You would think, by now, BDX would know this is an issue. F!
