Can someone running a BD turbokit enlighten me about proper turbo oil line routing on a pro rmk? I just got a new kit installed and the protective sleeve on the oil line has already melted so much that the oil line pipe was very close to melting as well, pretty close to a disaster I would call BD about this on monday but I would like to know ASAP! thanks
the turbo oil line inlet is pointed towards outside of the sled in my kit, therefore I routed the line outside and below the turbo straight to the oil pump, I believe this is no good because a lot of the turbocharger heat is affecting the oil line. The sensible way seems to be to route the line towards inside of the sled, but for that I would have to rotate the inlet.
